Player Input:

Comfort Building:
Activities to help players get comfortable with the coach and each other.
Skill Assessment:
Evaluate individual skill levels through various activities.
Team Formation:
Begin organizing players into teams based on their skill levels.

Essential exercises to prepare for the day.
Skill-Based Practice Maps:
Higher Skilled Players: Engage in 1v1 matches to enhance competitive skills.
Lower Skilled Players:
Participate in different practice activities or races to improve fundamental skills.
Team Matches:
Teams participate in matches focusing on the skills practiced during the day.
End-of-Day Discussion:
Gather feedback on what they learned and enjoyed.
Identify areas where they feel they need more practice.
Adjust the next day's activities based on their input.
